01 What if I didn’t use my hours?

They roll over for 30 days. On day 60 they expire. It’s not a “discount,” it’s a calendar reality — we keep a team for your volume. Unused hours are our signal to review the package downward.

02 How are non-standard tasks estimated?

A task = description + estimate before starting. Up to 2 hours — done upfront, without approval. More than 2 — with your written OK. Billed in hours at the price list, not “whatever we say.”

03 Can I change the package?

Yes — quarterly. You can switch up immediately. Down — with a month’s notice, so we can reallocate the team. No penalties or “annual contracts.”

04 Hand-off to your own developer?

At any moment. We hand over: documentation, accesses, ticket history, runbooks. One free consult call with the receiving team. No lock-ins.

05 How are incidents counted?

All incidents are on a real-time status page. A public post-mortem within 5 business days. An SLA breach — an automatic credit note without your request. Incident logs available in the dashboard for 90 days.

06 Contract term?

Minimum — 3 months (enough to get to know your site). After that — month-to-month. Cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. No “annual discounts” or lock-in tricks.
