01 — DEVOPS & HOSTING · NOT FOR ALL

Infrastructure — no surprises.

Managed hosting on our servers. Container orchestration, CDN, monitoring, backups. SLA in the contract — with compensation if we miss it.

02 — SCOPE

Infra — not magic, but a formal process.

Managed hosting, container orchestration, CDN, monitoring, backups, migration. Everything that keeps a site online.

01

MANAGED HOSTING

WordPress, Laravel, Next.js. PHP 8.4, Node 22, Postgres, Redis out of the box.

02

CONTAINERS

Docker orchestration. Separate containers per service, blue-green deploys.

03

CDN + EDGE

Cloudflare on the front + WAF. Edge cache for static, image optimization.

04

MONITORING

Uptime + APM + log aggregation. 24/7 alerting to the on-call engineer.

05

BACKUPS + DR

Off-site snapshots every 6 hours. Disaster-recovery plan written as a contract.

06

MIGRATION

Zero-downtime from your old host. DNS switch in a low-traffic window.

03 — CYCLE

From brief to year two.

01

DISCOVERY

30-minute audit. We map the task and constraints.

02

DESIGN

Grid, type, prototype. No decoration for decoration's sake.

03

BUILD

Clean code on WP/Laravel/Next. CI with a performance gate.

04

LAUNCH

Deploy on our hosting. Monitoring from day one.

05

OPERATE

SLA, updates, security control. The site lives into year two.

04 — STACK

Principles that don't change from project to project.

01

SLA — in the contract, not on a marketing page.

We don't promise 100%. We promise 99.95% with financial compensation for breaches.

#SLA
02

Security — by default.

WAF, secure headers, 0-day patches within <24h. Pen-test once a year on us.

#SECURITY
03

Scale — horizontal.

Auto-scaling under traffic with no rebuild. Database read replicas, queue workers.

#SCALE

05 — WORK

Watch, don't read.

Three examples from different infra modes: enterprise, e-commerce, high-traffic media.

ALL WORK

06 — FAQ

What people ask about DevOps & Hosting.

01 Where are your server locations?

Primary: Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Dublin (EU). On request: US-East, Asia-Singapore. Cloudflare edge locations — 300+ POPs globally. Client data stays in the chosen region.

02 What about GDPR and EU data?

Default — EU-only. DPA is part of the contract. Sub-processors documented (Cloudflare, Hetzner). SCCs supported for transfers outside the EU. ISO 27001 on the 2026 roadmap.

03 How do you back up?

DB + file snapshots every 6 hours. Off-site storage in a second region. Weekly test restores — automated, with a written report. Retention: 30 days daily + 12 months monthly.

04 How does zero-downtime migration work?

Staging on our infra, data sync, link validation. DNS switch in a low-traffic window (usually Saturday night). The old site stays with us for 30 days as rollback insurance.

05 What does traffic overage cost?

Base tier: up to 1TB/mo traffic, up to 100K MAU. Overage — €0.05/GB. Auto-scale to 10× — no overage charge for the peak week. Transparent via real-time dashboard.

06 What happens during downtime?

Real-time status page. Alert to on-call within minutes. Public post-mortem within 5 business days. SLA-breach compensation — automatic credit note without a client request.
