01 — AUDIT & MIGRATION · NOT FOR ALL

A technical audit driven by numbers — not impressions.

A technical audit with a report you can act on. Your site already works — we say what to change and why. If you approve the plan, we help migrate. Without rebuilding from scratch.

02 — SCOPE

An audit is engineering diagnostics, not marketing.

Six modules cover every area that affects how your site runs and what it costs to operate.

01

PERFORMANCE

Core Web Vitals, server-side performance, frontend bundle, database queries. A quantitative audit.

02

SECURITY

OWASP top 10, dependency vulnerabilities, secrets handling, WAF rules. Pen-test on request.

03

ARCHITECTURE

Technical debt, code smells, scalability bottlenecks. Prioritised roadmap recommendations.

04

SEO

Technical + content audit. Crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals as an SEO factor.

05

ACCESSIBILITY

WCAG 2.2 AA/AAA. Screen reader, keyboard nav, contrast, semantic HTML.

06

CONTENT

Information architecture, content gaps, duplicate content, coverage of user intent.

03 — CYCLE

Four phases — the first one stands alone.

Most clients stop at phase 1 — the report already answers the question. Migration is a separate decision.

01

AUDIT

2 weeks. Quantitative + qualitative analysis of the current state. Metrics, not impressions.

02

PLAN

1 week. A roadmap with priority, budget, risks. Approved before kickoff.

03

MIGRATE

1–3 weeks. Execution against the plan. Staging validation. Rollback plan for every step.

04

VERIFY

1 week. Testing the result. Before/after metrics. Handover of documentation to the client.

04 — STACK

Principles that keep audit and migration predictable.

01

Diagnostics start with numbers.

Quantitative metrics before conclusions. Not "feels slow" — but "LCP 4.2s, target <2.5".

#DIAGNOSTICS
02

Plan with priorities.

A roadmap with an impact/effort matrix. Budget by phase. Agreed before kickoff.

#PLAN
03

Migration with rollback.

Every step has a rollback plan. None of the "we'll fix it quickly if it breaks".

06 — FAQ

Common questions about Migration & Audit.

01 Can you do an audit without migration?

Yes — that's the most common entry point. Audit → report → you execute with your own team or another contractor. One free follow-up call after 60 days for clarifications. No "lock-in".

02 What do I get (deliverable format)?

A PDF report with findings (impact + effort + recommendation per issue) + a 2-page executive summary + a Notion database with trackable status + a 60-min live walkthrough screencast with the client team.

03 How does code access work?

Read-only Git access + read-only production DB access (sanitized or staging). NDA included in the contract. Access logs kept for 90 days. After completion — access revoked, data deleted.

04 How much does it cost?

It depends on scope — every site is different. Discovery is free: we look at the site, tell you what the audit will cover and give an estimate. Migration is a separate estimate by phase.

05 What about SEO during URL migration?

A URL map from old to new. 301 redirects for everything. Sitemap update + Search Console validation. Indexation monitoring for 60 days after migration. We allow a temporary <5% organic drop and recover it within a quarter.

06 How do you test the migration?

A staging copy of prod with sanitized data. Unit + integration + e2e tests. Smoke tests in production right after migration. Auto-rollback on error-rate spikes. Manual verification 1–7 days later.
