Yes — for any plan from 2G up. We stage a copy on our infrastructure, validate it, switch DNS overnight into Sunday. The old host stays for 30 days as rollback insurance. Migration usually takes 1–3 days depending on data volume and number of sites.
Yes — a 14-day trial on any plan with no prepayment and no card. We deploy a real copy of your site, you test speed, the panel, backups. If it’s not for you — you don’t pay. If it is — we switch DNS at an agreed time.
99.95% SLA in the contract — with a financial guarantee. If the metric isn’t met, a credit note is issued automatically, without your request. A real-time public status page, a post-mortem within 5 business days. Reserved capacity on duplicate infrastructure for instant failover.
All servers are in Tier-3 DCs in Frankfurt and Falkenstein. EU-only by default. A DPA is included in the contract. Sub-processors are documented in the DPA annex and the Trust Center. Data is in separate per-client containers — no shared storage between clients.
Upgrade — instant, no downtime. Downgrade — with a 7-day window for a smooth transition. Pro-rated billing — you pay for the actual days on each plan.
We move you to a dedicated server for your project — a separate contract, separate SLAs. That’s our DevOps & Hosting service. We migrate the data ourselves, you pay for the new infrastructure from the starting month. The switch is downtime-free in a night window.
